Functional training provides the learning of functional anatomy and biomechanics in a hands-on form. It also examines the applications of using integrated training techniques to distribute loads along the entire kinetic chain, giving the ability to create an exercise program for the use of gravity, ground reaction force, mass and momentum, three-plan motion, and innovative exercise tools. Inefficient movement can cause negative stress on the body. For some, this stress can cause pain and a decreased desire to exercise. The FMI Functional Training Specialization Program will provide a deeper understanding of how to train the body to move correctly. Functional Training Workshop training, which is in the 9th place in the ACSM 2019 fitness trends ranking, provides information on maximizing the functions of people and discovering functional training.
